If you are constantly eating bad food, then you are most likely going to get sick because your cholesterol level will probably go up and you will also probably put on a few pounds. However, people usually do this too often and then get themselves in a routine of eating bad food and then all of a sudden they get sick and gain weight. If you live mostly on fast food, then you will mostly likely get a high cholesterol reading. It's important for you to stay healthy and fit all of your life so that you never have to hear the words, "you are sick" from a doctor. I hope that this medical advice has helped you some.
