So do you want to make money at home?

I think everybody would like to avoid the hassles of a boss, commute and every other stress that comes with having a job by starting a home business Internet marketing opportunity. But with that said, you might think you will lose your job security if you quit your job.

You may have many years and seniority at your workplace, but is your job secure?

I don't think there is real job security these days. I learned this not long ago when my father was let go from his employment. He had 25 years with the same company and found himself jobless just like that. They decided to downsize and his department was eliminated. They restructured the company calling his department by another name and hiring employees half his age. They could then pay them half the salary and work them twice as much.

It was a really hard 18 months of job searching and interviews before he found employment with a salary that wasn't nearly what he had been earning. There's not a lot of interest in a 55 year old in the workplace. With that experience, I decided I was never going be in that situation. I want to decide my own future and never let others have that power to decide for me.

How about you?

Well I realized that a lot of people that have real job security make money online at home in their own business. And the best part is that they were able to get things going in their spare time.

You want to make a change, but the bills need paying each month and you need the paycheck now. Not down the line when you start to make money at home in your business.

The number one advantage of the Internet is the ability to make money at home and do it a little at a time.

Another really awesome advantage of the web is the ability to live anywhere and work on your business at anytime. It really eliminates all the potential limitations of succeeding.

The thing about this way of doing business is that you can make money at home while you still have the security of your present employment. There's no huge risk taking here. When you have the time you work on your business.

The biggest negative when starting out is being your own boss. Gheesh! What? What are you talking about? I thought the dream was to be your own boss and have your own business?

Let me say first that it really is great to be your own boss, but the disadvantage is that you have to learn the proper business skills to be your own boss and run your own business to make money online at home. That's a great reason to start working on your business in your spare time while you still have your employment. There's a lot to learn and you can learn these vital skills to make money at home with your online business without risking your home, car etc.

Just come to the realization that you are not going to be rich overnight. Don't buy into the get rich quick hype all over the net. Your business will grow as you learn patience and take action. You will make money at home, but it will take persistence and the continual development of your online business skills. That's a great reason to keep your job and bring in the money until you can do it in your own business.

It's easy for me to say, but how are you going to do this when you currently have no time to begin with. My thought on this is you better set aside some time.

Just think about where you are and where you want to be and ask yourself if what you are doing right now is what you want to be doing in 5 or 10 years from now? A business that has the potential to give you financial and time freedom is worth pursuing. Something to help you find the time is to take 3 days to a week and just write down everything you do. Don't change what you do for this exercise. After you are finished, look it over and really see what you do during the week and what you could give up to make money at home in your Internet business. Most people could easily carve out the time by replacing the TV time with working on your business.

Go for it. There's nothing stopping you from making money at home except your own excuses and limitations. You really can have the financial security you've always dreamed of by following these suggestions.
