Bale wire has become so much popular today that it is available almost everywhere in the world. Bale wire is made from metals like steel or iron. It is normally packed in reels or rolls.
Galvanize bale is a kind of bale wire that has coating of material like zinc. The coating of such material provides wire safeguard against decay, corrosion and rust.
Annealed bale wire is more strong and powerful than ordinary bale wire. Because it undergoes an annealing process whereby wire is heated and then slowly made it cool.
The use of bale wire in agriculture is often seen in binding square bales of hay, cut grass or straw. Baling wire helps to make chain links by which fences are mended. Such fences made of chain links enable the farm safety. Chain links can easily be cut according to the requirement of the fence and therefore they are somewhat inexpensive.
For creating bales of compacted materials like paper or plastic for recycling balers, bale wire is used. Such compacted waste material is bound by baler wire.
Baling wire is used in textile industries also. In such non-agriculture area compact bales of cotton, wool, jute and other materials are created. These compact bales are easily transported.
