Our finances are a source of constant worries. Whether we can't afford to pay phone bills or can't afford for another two-month long luxurious holidays, the stress feels quite the same. Not to mention the stress related to being in debt. The only thing you can do about financial stresses is to organize your budget and keep the cash flow under control.
If you feel like falling head on into the debts, you certainly have to start from getting back the control over your finance. List all places you get money from and all expenses you have every month. As your profits are probably not going to change considerably in the nearest few months, you have to concentrate your attention on your expenses. Eating out a lot, going to the cinema or paying bills later than sooner are the most common causes of money-related stress - you have to know how much you pay for such pleasures and if it is possible to cut some of those costs.
Unfortunately, taking control over your budget usually includes limiting your expenses. Start from a few week-long review on how much you really spend. Then, find a few things you pay for, but can live without them. A good example is eating out in fancy restaurants. Remember that every cut bill cuts also your stress as the number of times when you have no money to pay other bills is shortened.
You should also create a savings account as soon as possible and start putting money there as soon as possible. Even if you're not going to save tens of thousand dollars, a saving account will help you decrease your stress level. In case of emergency you will not have to borrow money from the bank or your credit card. Savings accounts are usually the best idea for people to manage financial crises.
