3. Record daily diet on a notebook. It is the major key to success in your diet plan. Keep tracking your daily food gives you a lay out of what kind of food you consume to avoid overeating. If you see you add pound, you can check you notebook to see what kind of food making you gain weight and keep away from it.
4. Eat slowly. One of my friends told me that she keep slime is that she always chew 100 times before she eat in. if you eat too fast, your body will not realize you already get full leading your overeating.
