I have spent a lot of money buying software and ebooks on the net, some have been a great learning experience, others have been 10 to 50 pages of hot air and self-promotion. One thing that kept popping-up has been affiliate marketing, this is where you promote some other persons, or companies product, or website and get a small cash kickback. I kept thinking to myself, “I’ve just finished years of making other people money, why the heck would I want to do that again?”

Another one of my faults (there are many) is stubbornness. I’m not going to buy someone’s product and promote it for them just so I can make a few dollars!

How wrong can one person be? I bought an ebook on internet marketing and signed-up to be an affiliate. After a few weeks I had made a grand total of $0.00. Just as I suspected, it’s a waste of time. More recently I ran into an old friend, she is very business minded and very savvy. Three weeks later I’m making over $100 a week extra for almost no additional work. I know it’s only $100, but seriously folks, I am making this money from another guys' product, it’s coming in regularly and it really helps me out financially. I am currently only promoting this one product, but now I am looking for other avenues to increase my income. My goal is earn a weekly wage of around $500 to $700 from affiliate marketing so that I can focus on my business, and not stress about paying bills.

Yes, I was wrong!!! But now I’m happy to be wrong. The name of the product that is making me cash is Auto Pilot Profits by Ewen Chia. I bought Ewens’ system for $27.00 (USA) and I really learned heaps. In fact, I am using some of his suggestions to promote his product as an affiliate. The more suggestions I use, the more cash I make from his product. If your new to the internet in a business sense, then you will find stacks of information in his package – and you can make money from the product as well.






Since going through his book, I have promoted both Ewens’ Auto Pilot Profits and my own business using various proven techniques. I spent all of last night sending out articles (that relate to my own business) to free article websites. These articles contain a link to my website, this is free advertising. I have also started many blogs (over 7 now) that also promote my products. Blogs are free and powerful self-promoting tools. Try Google Blogger, My Space, Squidoo (this one get 5 stars), Free IQ and many others, believe me, it’s worth the time.

My product is also listed in dozens of free classified ads around the world. You do have to take the time to sign-up with these places, but let me tell you, this free promotion actually saves you thousands on advertising. I have spent the last few weeks signing-up and promoting my business, learning new ideas from Ewens’ book and making money. It has been worth the bloodshot eyes and shaky over-caffeinated disposition.

Yes you can make cash on the internet, even if you’re a newbie like me. To wrap things up, I really recommend affiliate marketing. If you get the right product (give Auto Pilot Profits a try) and promote using all the free advertising possibilities I listed above, you will generate cash without leaving your home.
