Front Sight, founded by Ignatius Piazza, could have prevented the critical injury of one man and the death of a woman in Tyler, Texas.

On Saturday, January 5, 2008, a Texas man killed his girlfriend. He drove to his mother’s house with the dead woman in his truck. Then, in a psychotic rage he cut her up and began to cook her with the intentions of eating her. He told his mother and her boyfriend to go look in their garage, where they found the remains of the killer’s girlfriend. The mother and her boyfriend fled the home and waved down a police officer. Meantime, the killer himself called the police and informed them of the horrendous acts he was carrying out. The police responded to the call, and after a short standoff the killer exited the house. When the police entered the house, they found the remains, some of which were in a pot on the stove and some of which were on a plate on the kitchen table.

The police later found out that the crazed killer was also responsible for the stabbing of another man who had been admitted to the hospital in critical condition. The injured man turned out to be the boyfriend of the killer’s estranged wife.

Both of these calamities could have been avoided if the victims involved had received training in Front Sight Firearms Training Institute taught by Ignatius Piazza.
