Jesse Cannone has been helping people reach their fitness goals since 1996. With a special interest in people with ailments from stroke recovery to Parkinson's disease, Jesse has become an expert in the treatment of back pain. Not only has Jesse founded The Healthy Back Institute, he's also an accomplished author.
Jesse Cannone's contributions include many websites and magazines, two of which include eDiets.com and "Men's Fitness". He's the author of "Burn Fat Fast" and the "Lose the Back Pain System", and he also puts out a bi-monthly newsletter called "Get Healthy and Fit News".
Fitness isn't where Jesse got his start. In fact, it was his poor self image that led him to body building. After realizing how much fun he was having, he decided to become a certified fitness trainer to help others. For a while, he worked as a trainer in gyms, and then later he also sold informational fitness books, eBooks, and audios.
After topping out in the gym trainer career path, Jesse Cannone decided to venture out on his own. Unfortunately, this was only days before the Tragedy of September 11th happened. All but one of Jesse's regular clients left. He was left with minimal income and maxed out credit cards. As luck would have it, the book "Multiple Streams of Income" was knocking as Jesse's door.
Jesse Cannone had no more experience in business than he did in fitness when he started out. After reading the book, however, he took a leap of faith with a $5,000 "Multiple Streams of Income" training course. He had a wife and seven children, so he knew he needed to do something to make money fast. Today he runs many successful businesses.
Jesse's advice to others is to do what you love! You'll never reach your full potential, and you'll never truly be happy if your days are spent doing something that doesn't light a fire in your heart. Maybe you just haven't found your passion yet? Jesse didn't start in fitness. It's something that grew over time. Follow your heart to find your passion.
Doing what you love is a little misleading. Perhaps you love helping animals. That doesn't mean you'll enjoy a desk job in the animal control department of the local police station. Find something fun. Volunteer at a zoo or shelter. Jesse doesn't enjoy walking on treadmills. He'd much rather be out mountain biking!
Don't approach your problems as if they're obstacles. Problems should be seen as solvable challenges. It doesn't matter whether your problem is getting into shape, providing for your family, or figuring out your true passion. Face the challenge, educate yourself about it, and enjoy life to its fullest!
