Once your motivation is set in your own mind then one day you can relax, for instance, and eat two scoops of ice cream with chocolate syrup on it knowing that the next day, you're craving having been satisfied, you're likely to only eat a couple spoonfuls of ice cream.
Your motivation, or maybe better to call it your conscience, is all that you need in order to make proper eating choices. Once you are determined in your mind to lose body fat your common sense will lead you to eat the proper foods in the proper quantity. It really is not necessary to artificially and arbitrarily limit the foods that you eat on a regular basis.
In the same way, moderation works to your advantage again when it comes to exercise. All that you really need is 10 minutes of exercise each day. Use the first five minutes for warming up exercises and then the second five minutes for intense aerobic exercise one day, followed by five minutes of strength exercises the next day.
