Today you have the choice of either going for a prefabricated style of playhouse or you can go for one, which is actually custom made. Ideally the playhouse you choose should be one that is big enough to meet your child's needs initially and as they grow up. Getting a custom built one will ensure that you get one that will meet all these and more.

Once you have decided on what size playhouse it is you want for your child you next need to decide on the design. As you will soon discover when looking online there are numerous different designs to choose from. There are those that are very simple and elegant in their design. Whilst you may wish to go for something a little more elaborate such as those that resemble a pirate ship or a castle.

But whichever design of playhouse you select you are sure to find one that will help your child's imagination to soar. Plus with many of the playhouses that have been custom made once the child has outgrown them they can be used for other purposes instead.
