It also facilitates the process of removing the cellular waste material. True Lavender: True Lavender not only treats the skin directly but also releases the tension and facilitates the reduction of inflammation and it has a nice relaxing perfume. Niaouli is another essential oil, it known for its antiseptic properties, it is also used for clearing and cleansing and helps to elevate and firm the skin.
The essential oils mentioned above are only few of the common essential oils, there are many more essential oils available that can be used for a variety of purposes ranging from general beauty care to a particular skin condition.
Now for the penetration of essential oil into the skin you need what is commonly known as base or carrier oil. These base oils serves several purposes, they bring essential oils into the skin and also supply skin with nutrients that are healthy for our skin. Some of the most commonly used carrier or base oils are: Rosehip Seed Oil, Evening Primrose Oil and Hazelnut oil. Rosehip seed oil is known for its ability to regenerate the damaged skin, it also helps to nourish prematurely aged skin. Evening primrose oil is good for the treatment of different skin disorders, some of which are eczema and premature aging skin. Hazelnut oil is the most commonly used of all due to the fact that it is good for all skin types.
