It's amazing how many of us work for someone that doesn't care if their paying you a decent living wage. They are so greedy and only are thinking about themselves, they throw you a bone once in a while as a reward for your outstanding service. They never taught us in school that word job means "just over broke".

I understand when your in business, your in business to make money. But don't expect everyone to share in your enthusiasm when your paying them just enough to get by. Over worked and under paid seems to be the way of the land anymore! I love the mentality of "be glad you have a job" as if it's noble to be some bodies doormat.

We all know there's people that love their job and make pretty good money. But many of us are struggling and on a path to no where, thinking there's not much out there to choose from. If your in this rut, you need to motivate and look in other places and I know from experience that's easier said then done. But eating chicken one week and the feathers the next is no way to live your entire life.

I worked for a real nut job, whose son had the worst temper you've ever seen! They wanted you to walk around as if you were in prison and they were the wardens. The sad thing was they had a top notch crew who could take the pressure of a dangerous job, but not a hot headed silver spoon that was clueless. Raises were far and few between and we all started leaving one by one. We should never be unappreciated or anyone's doormat, let alone under paid!

In this time of uncertainty, it's hard to be patience, but we must realize we are just in the beginning of change. We need to slow our minds down and take a good look at our possibilities. So many are looking for something to relieve their financial burden, something that really works and put you on the path to securing a better future and creating more financial freedom.
