Ever since the evolution of human being on this earth we have known fresh fruits and vegetables to be the friends of our body. There are also special formulas for people under a great deal of physical or mental stress and other people with special nutritional needs. A natural food store or pharmacy will be able to provide you with a full line of antioxidant supplements to choose from.
You should always consult with a nutritionist, pharmacist, or healthcare professional when designing your antioxidant regimen. Excessive doses can be harmful, and, at very least, will be a waste of your money. Do your homework, design an antioxidant plan that is right for you, and stick to it.
