Don't sit back and wait for them to contact you, let them know you're out there! They'll welcome the attention as long as you're providing useful, relevant information.

Don't forget to ask for referrals from within your existing client base. By providing them with added value, they'll confidently refer you to their friends, family and associates.

Determine the types of clients you want. Identify a single, exclusive demographic of your "ideal" client, and concentrate your relationship building efforts on their specific needs and demands.
Find out everything you can about what's important to your target market. Use this information to laser-focus your efforts on providing exactly what they need and want.
For example, you could specifically target market your services to automotive dealerships. Learn everything you can about their world, what their concerns are. Find out what issues and concerns they may have and address them.
