3. Eat in controlled portions. Even if you are on a high quality diet, you still have to watch the amount you eat. So stick to plate portions but spread your meals evenly through out the day to prevent cravings.
4. Choose foods that take a little more effort to chew - they take longer to eat and are more filling. Add extra vegetables to dinner and serve main meals with a bulky wholegrain bread or brown rice.
5. High intensity workout - forget wasting hours at the gym on the treadmill. You will get more fat loss results from interval training and strength training. not only are there more challenging to the body, it requires less time for more fat results than the standard steady state cardio. If you are unfit - start slow with walking and gradually up your intensity over time.
Start planning, and plan for your long term fat loss results. nothing happens overnight, but greater results can happen over time. Be patient, get your diet right and get active.
